     . Where is the company Based?

The company's head quarters is located in Sydney. Our retail outlet is in Mascot.

     . Where will you be shipping from?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. We physically hold all the products we are selling.

     . Do you Ship internationally?

At this stage we do not ship overseas.

     . What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

     . How long will it take to process my order?

Your order will usually be processed within 2 business days. Shipping times can vary but 2-5 business days for the east coast of Australia and please allow up to 10 business days for all other states.

     . Do you accept return/exchanges?

We do. But please refer to our Shipping/returns policy to make sure you qualify before contacting us.

     . Do you accept "change of mind" refunds?

While we do not offer refunds based on change of mind we are always trying to accommodate and keep our customers from being disappointed. For these reasons if your ever change your mind on an item, most cases we will be happy to exchange it or provide you with a store credit. Please check our terms and conditions if unsure. 

     . Do you offer Gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping yet. We are a small team and are trying to offer the best shopping experience possible, so for now our main focus is the quality of the goods, the thoroughness of the wrapping and to get your order to you as fast as possible. 

     . Do you offer warranty?

We do not offer warranty on any of our items but we are always happy to listen to any claim regarding an item purchased from us. Please check our "terms & conditions" as well as our "shipping/returns" sections for more detailed information on our policies.
