Burnished Ring Mouse Cheese Knife

Beautiful mouse cheese knife.

Note that this is a handmade item so every piece will be slightly different. Variance in shape or colour as well as scratches doesn't make them faulty but simply add to their "uniqueness".

The handle has a special heat treatment creating a "burnished finish" which gives it an earthy organic texture. 

Due to this particular finish the handle can develop surface rust which is in no way a defect. Simply apply olive oil or any vegetable to restore and protect it.
